At the same time, the space was used very inefficiently. 2/3 of the room was given over to the kitchen, while the equipment was placed inefficiently - a lot of unused space and an illogical arrangement of equipment. At the same time, 3-5 people could be accommodated in the client area.
Our Pizzeria functional design allowed us to accommodate a full kitchen for hot dishes, and washing dishes, as well as a pizza preparation area in the hall. At the same time, competent redevelopment of the premises made it possible to seat 30 people at the tables, including one ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act). There is also a full restroom.
