Goal:

  • The furniture layout was too tight to relax.
  • The style of armchairs and tables didn’t match the overall architectural space style.
  • The furnishing, finishes, and decor looked outdated and tired.
  • The space didn’t impress enough to visit it often.

Solution:

Solution:

  • The space looks fresh and attractive.
  • It is interesting to research and try different seats and time spending types.
  • We mixed indoor and outdoor elements.
  • The interior has told the story of the hunting life in the snowy mountains, and brutal entertainment with bar and table games.

Brand Experience – RONAK is not just a café—it is a ritual of return. Rooted in the meaning of light, the brand embodies a quiet contrast: entering darkness to rediscover illumination within. Inspired by Moroccan earthen architecture and cave-like formations, RONAK positions itself as a place of grounding, introspection, and sensory reset. It speaks to a modern audience overwhelmed by speed, offering an intentional pause.
The brand language is:

  • Warm, tactile, and soulful
  • Minimal yet deeply atmospheric
  • Spiritual without being literal

RONAK becomes a destination for those seeking a mindful break, Emotional reconnection, and a slower, more present rhythm of living.

Customer Experience – Guests transition from a bright environment into a dim, cocoon-like space, allowing the body and mind to decompress. Movement slows naturally. Voices soften. Time stretches.
Whether alone or with others, guests feel:

  • Safe
  • Grounded
  • Quietly inspired

“KASHI” Indian restaurant & Bar, 286 Livingston Street, Brooklyn NY 11217

Solution:

The Customer purchased an existing restaurant with a heavy loft-style interior: exposed ceilings, mismatched wood, and industrial lighting. The space felt outdated and lacked identity.

Additionally, the logistics were inefficient — bar staff and waiters frequently crossed paths, and the bar itself was poorly equipped and visually uninspiring. The task: Transform the space into something visually upscale, refined, and culturally connected to India — all while avoiding full reconstruction, keeping closure time minimal, and staying within a $20,000 budget.

What We Did: Redesigned the entire commercial bar structure — now it looks premium and works efficiently. Separated clean and dirty traffic flows — kitchen and bar now operate independently. Transformed the perception of the interior using color, lighting, textiles, furniture, and decor — without construction or major work.

Concept:

This project transforms the existing restaurant into a modern industrial lounge, shifting the space from casual dining to a social, event-driven destination.

The concept introduces a refined industrial aesthetic by replacing wallpaper with textured finishes and brick surfaces, adding metal accents, and integrating a custom bar, a bottle cage, and a mosaic-tile entrance. The goal is to create a space that feels both elevated and inviting.

Lighting plays a key role, introducing layered ambient and accent lighting, including statement fixtures and integrated LED strips. Bathrooms are upgraded with new tiles, large mirrors, soft backlighting, and a half-door for added privacy.

Material updates include new tile flooring, warm wood tones, and a palette distinct from the existing brand. Natural elements such as plants and greenery are added throughout, extending to an outdoor beer garden with wood seating and a relaxed atmosphere.

The result is a space designed to evoke energy, comfort, and social connection, encouraging longer stays and repeat visits.

Solution:

The concept of Restaurant Smart Hanging Out envisions the dining experience of the future, as if humanity were aboard a spaceship traveling indefinitely through space. Through the ship’s windows, we see astronauts, outer space, and a futuristic New York skyline.

The interior space features a glossy, iridescent rainbow palette combined with glittering white surfaces and bold pops of color. At the heart of the spaceship, there is an oasis of Earth’s organic, imperfect life, filled with lush greenery and smart tables. This area contrasts with the sleek, minimalistic surroundings, defined by matte walls and dark-colored floors.

The furniture shapes are organic, fluid, or purely geometric, incorporating rounded forms in chairs, lighting fixtures, door windows, menu QR codes, seat cushions, glass dividers, and spaceship windows.

Visual elements include human-robot imagery, depictions of the Moon, and alien and UFO motifs. The chandeliers are either high-tech and circular or artistic and organic, resembling futuristic flowers.

Solution:

This restaurant is conceived as a soft, feminine sanctuary where color, texture, and form work together to create a memorable, emotionally engaging experience.

The palette is built on beige, dusty pink, warm grey, and baby blue, evoking a marshmallow-like softness and lightness. These tones create a womanly, elegant atmosphere that feels both playful and refined, balancing comfort with extravagance.

The space is organized around a strong central focal point — an artistic installation embedded in the heart of the dining area. The epoxy floor in this central zone incorporates real flowers, creating a one-of-a-kind visual moment that feels alive, poetic, and unexpected. Surrounding areas transition into micro-cement flooring, grounding the softness with a contemporary, seamless surface.

Architecturally, the design is defined by arches, rounds, curves, and semi-circles, eliminating harsh lines and reinforcing a sense of flow and continuity. These shapes guide movement through the space and contribute to its floating, aerial quality.

Lighting plays a critical role in shaping the ambiance. Bead-look pendants and sculptural flower-inspired pendant lights appear to hover in the air, enhancing the transparent, weightless feeling of the interior. Their soft glow adds depth without heaviness, creating an immersive and intimate dining atmosphere.

Goal:

The goal is to design a cozy lounge space with a cocktail bar in warm shades. Different seating areas and photoshoot spots are needed. And it is necessary to develop a full-fledged kitchen for preparing dishes of Jamaican cuisine. A very functional and useful kitchen for full restaurant service was designed and implemented.

Result:

  • We created a calming warm, earthy tones space, with rounded furniture and decorative elements and ambient lighting creating a cozy atmosphere. The zig-zag LED lighting engages guests inside and leads them to the bar. There is a round neon accent in the middle of the ceiling with lighting composition.
  • There are different seat areas for any choice – cozy soft boots, free standing tables, and bar stools. The main view of the restaurant is divided with a host stand which is an Instagram shot area as well.

Goal:

This is a two-level Indian restaurant located in New York’s upstate area. The designed area is a light, high space with many windows. Previously, it was an Italian restaurant overwhelmed with decorative moldings and printed art. The goal is to make a sophisticated fine restaurant in Transitional style with Indian elements. Seats and tables are to be kept.

Result:

  • The restaurant became Elegant with bright accents of color and patterns.
  • Mix of Transitional style with Indian Oriental elements.
  • The space looks high and all-in-one but not segmented.
  • Textile added a homey ambiance.

Goal:

The client came to me with a ready-made architectural drawing and a 3D render that looked banal, dark, and didn’t reflect the energy of the brand. The layout had inefficient seating and lacked visual appeal.

Result:

  • I redesigned the floor plan to maximize the number of seats without compromising comfort or flow.
  • Then I refreshed the entire look with a bright, juicy palette of white and red—a bold combination that feels clean, fresh, and instantly appetizing.
  • Now, this shawarma cafe invites guests in with a lively atmosphere and a smart layout that works harder for the business.
